Monezza Hotel is a charming retreat in Istanbul's historical heart. The room's cozy ambiance and comfortable bed provided a serene escape after exploring the nearby weekend market. The attentive reception staff, fluent in multiple languages, ensured a warm welcome.Although the location was convenient, an incident with a staff member tainted the experience. Nevertheless, Sumeyye's professionalism and kindness restored our confidence in the hotel. The breakfast buffet offered tasty options to start the day right, while the serene atmosphere made for a relaxing stay.The hotel's proximity to iconic landmarks like the Column of Constantine and the Basilica Cistern added to its appeal. The air-conditioned rooms with modern amenities, such as a minibar and safety deposit box, catered to our needs perfectly. Monezza Hotel blends comfort and history seamlessly, making it a delightful choice for travelers seeking a unique experience in Istanbul.
